Technology & SoftwareTraining using the latest Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Basics of Navigating Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and or Outlook. Training is a one on one session for 2 hours at the cost of $40.00 per session. After the completion of the course you will know how to create shortcuts and copy and move files within Windows, how to navigate and search documents within Windows Explore, creating and preparing files to copy onto CD using Windows tools. Create word documents format documents and margins, set tabs, set bold and Italic formatting, create tables. Attach documents to an email and convert a word document to a .pdf adobe file. Create an Excel Spreadsheet, adjust the columns and insert amounts and total the sum in the bottom columns. Adjusting the columns, and add simple formulas. Choice of Powerpoint or Outlook. Creating powerpoint presentations inserting slides and manipulating the slide transition. Outlook creating e-mails, contacts, and calendar appointments.
